Based on the manga by Miraijin A serialized in Kodansha's Magazine Pocket, the story follows a salaryman who is reincarnated as Ars Louvent in another world, blessed with the "Appraisal" skill that allows him to see others' stats and hidden talents. Despite his own average combat abilities, he uses his appraisal skill to discover overlooked talents one after another, gathering them as allies while striving to manage his territory and rise to prominence. The first key visual features Ars at the center with his reliable companions Rietz, Charlotte, and Rocel. Animation is produced by studio MOTHER.
