TV Anime "WIND BREAKER" Set to Air from April 2024 — Key Visual Released

It has been announced that the TV anime "WIND BREAKER," based on the manga by Satoru Nii, will begin airing from April 2024. A key visual has also been released.



The series is based on the new-generation delinquent manga by Satoru Nii, serialized in Kodansha's "Magazine Pocket." With the tagline "Protect the town with your fists!", the story follows Haruka Sakura, a lonely delinquent high schooler who enrolls at Furin High School. Once known for its fighting reputation, Furin High has been reborn as "Bofurin," a group dedicated to protecting the town. Sakura grows alongside his companions as they defend their community with their fists.

Animation production is handled by CloverWorks.

The cast includes Yuma Uchida as Haruka Sakura, Shoya Chiba as Akihiko Nirei, Koki Uchiyama as Kyotaro Sugishita, Nobunaga Shimazaki as Hayato Suo, Yuichi Nakamura as Hajime Umemiya, and Ryota Suzuki as Toma Hiragi.
