Based on the manga by Yone Sawada serialized in Shueisha's Ribon magazine, the story follows Majiko Ichiji, a middle school girl and devoted fan of the magical girl Berry Blossom, who accidentally meets Kuroma, the boss of an evil organization, and ends up working for the villains — a topsy-turvy 'oshi-katsu' comedy. The key visual dynamically depicts protagonist Majiko alongside Berry Blossom and villain Kuroma.
Animation production is by Voil, with Happinet Phantom Studio serving as production chief.
