Based on the smartphone wizard-raising game 'Mahoutsukai no Yakusoku' (Promise of Wizard) by coly, the anime is set in a world where wizards and humans coexist. The story follows a protagonist summoned as a "Sage" who deepens bonds with a diverse cast of wizards while working to save a crumbling world.
The opening theme is "Year N" performed by Mili, while the ending theme is "Bokura wa Ai ni Koishite Ikiru" performed by LIP×LIP.
