Based on the light novel by Ennki Hakari published under Overlap Bunko with illustrations by KeG, the story follows Arc, a protagonist who wakes up as the strongest MMORPG character transported to another world. Despite his intimidating skeletal full-plate armor appearance, Arc cannot ignore those in need, and embarks on adventures alongside elf warrior Ariane and spirit beast Ponta.
The first season aired from April to June 2022, with animation production by Studio KAI and HORNETS. The Season 2 announcement was made at the "Overlap 10th Anniversary Festival! Overlap Bunko All-Stars SP ~Night Dream Fes~" stage event.
