Based on the manga by Kyosuke Nishiki serialized in KADOKAWA's 'Comic Flapper,' the anime is a heartfelt comedy about Tsukina Ishikawa, a vampire girl who is bad at sucking blood, and Shinta Otori, a human boy who discovers her true identity.
A warm and slightly bittersweet daily-life story woven from Tsukina's adorable contradiction of being a vampire who can't handle blood, and Shinta's gentle acceptance of who she really is.
