In "The Witch of Circe," the conflict intensifies as Hathaway Noa leads the anti-Earth Federation movement "Mafty" against government corruption. As Mafty's final operation unfolds, the destinies of Hathaway, Gigi Andalucia, and Kenneth Sleg converge in dramatic fashion.
