"Odoru Ponpokorin" was born alongside the premiere of "Chibi Maruko-chan" in 1990, with the original version by B.B. Queens winning the Japan Record Award Pop/Rock Division prize. The song has since been covered by numerous artists including E-girls and Momoiro Clover Z, becoming a truly national anthem. Ado's overwhelming vocal power brings new life to this beloved song.
