Based on the romantic comedy by Komugi Rin, the story follows Kanata Kitami, who after wishing on a shooting star can suddenly see an 'affection meter' floating above his classmates. When he checks the meter of the girl he likes, Marika, its value has plunged past the bottom and broken entirely. Animation production is by Studio Leo.
