The CD features vocals by Maaya Sakamoto and piano by Yoko Kanno. As Japan marks the 15th anniversary of the Great East Japan Earthquake, "Hana wa Saku" — a song widely beloved as NHK's reconstruction support song — has been given new life through the collaboration of Sakamoto and Kanno. All proceeds from sales will be donated to the Japanese Red Cross Society.
The charity CD will be sold at the 30th Anniversary LIVE "M30 ~Your Best~" venue at Ariake Arena, Tokyo, on April 18 (Sat) and 19 (Sun), 2026. Online sales are also planned at a later date.

Additionally, the annual "Limited-Edition Charity Wallpaper" campaign, running since 2012, will be available from March 31 (her birthday) through April 30. The concert venue will also feature "Charity Postcards" — a tradition continued since her 1st LIVE — featuring a set of two cards with newly photographed visuals and graphic design. All sales or proceeds from each project will be donated in full to the Japanese Red Cross Society.
