Disc 1 features all six FGO theme songs released over the past 11 years, from "Shikisai" (released alongside the game's 2015 launch) to "Tokei," the final-chapter theme song released digitally in December 2025. "Tokei" makes its CD debut on this release. Disc 2 contains two newly recorded tracks — Maaya Sakamoto's self-cover of "Toumei" (originally written by her and performed by Mamoru Miyano as the theme song to the film "Fate/Grand Order THE MOVIE -Divine Realm of the Round Table: Camelot- Paladin; Agateram") and an unplugged session version of "Yakudou" — alongside the previously released unplugged session takes of "Shikisai" and "Gyakkou."
The limited edition includes a Blu-ray featuring the unreleased video of the no-audience streaming concert "Fate/Grand Order 6th Anniversary Special Live ~ Maaya Sakamoto Unplugged ~" held at Tokyo Opera City in 2021 (tracks: Dokuhaku / Gyakkou / Yakudou) and the "Tokei" Music Video. It also comes in a deluxe slipcase featuring double-sided illustrations newly drawn by Takashi Takeuchi (TYPE-MOON).
