New details have been announced for "The Summer Hikaru Died -1st Anniversary Concert Woven by Sound and Visuals-," a music event to be held on Sunday, July 5, 2026, celebrating the first anniversary of the TV anime "The Summer Hikaru Died." The highlight of this release is the reveal of an original goods lineup featuring illustrations newly drawn for the event.

The event is a special stage where the story of the first season is revisited from episode one in chronological digest footage, accompanied by live performances of the score by the ensemble "Heartbeat Ensemble." Notably, the original anime audio is deliberately not used — instead, only the melodies of the score and minimal sound effects immerse the audience in the world. The only voices come from "live dubbing" by Yoshiki Kobayashi (as Yoshiki Tsujinaka) and Shuichiro Umeda (as Hikaru). Furthermore, the Kanagawa Prefectural Shonan High School Choir, which performed the choral piece "Hibi no Kage" in the anime, will perform it together with the two cast members, and to close, TOOBOE will sing the ending theme "You Are a Monster" in an orchestral arrangement exclusive to this event. There are no plans to stream the event — it is a venue-only, one-night-only experience.

A luxurious lineup of nine items featuring specially drawn illustrations, anime scene photos and SD illustrations. At the venue's merchandise space, every 3,000 yen (tax incl.) purchase earns one "Dorodoro Sticker" (while supplies last).
