A second promotional video featuring new characters has also been released. The PV opens with Akane Tendo's (CV: Noriko Hidaka) line, "I'm sorry, Ryoga-kun..." before showcasing Ryoga Hibiki's (CV: Koichi Yamadera) newly mastered technique, the "Bakusai Tenketsu" (Breaking Point). The video depicts an intense battle between Ranma Saotome (CV: Kappei Yamaguchi) and Ryoga, while the latter half introduces a parade of new characters making their debut in Season 3, complete with their voice reveals.

Season 3 introduces several popular characters from the original manga. The newly announced cast members include Mamoru Miyano as Mikado Sanzenin, Aoi Yuki as Azusa Shiratori, Akira Ishida as Hikaru Gosunkugi, and Tomokazu Seki as Ichiro.
