TV Anime "Honoo no Toukyuu-jo Dodge Danko" Unveils Main Visual and Theme Songs

A direct sequel to the legendary dodgeball manga "Honoo no Toukyuuji Dodge Danpei" is coming to television. "Honoo no Toukyuu-jo Dodge Danko" begins airing in July 2026. A main visual and the voice cast for each team have been revealed, along with the theme songs.

Written by Tetsuhiro Koshita, the series follows Danko Ichigeki — daughter of the fierce competitor "Danpei Ichigeki" — as she charges into the Reiwa-era dodgeball world carrying the burning soul inherited from her father. It is a classic sports tale of all-out matches against a colorful cast of rivals.
