Set in a medieval European-inspired fantasy world known as "Tree Calendar Year 1294," the story is a military-musical fantasy epic where wars are fought over ancient "Towers" — remnants of a highly advanced lost civilization. The tale follows Luca, a boy with branches growing from his head, who awakens a special power called "Germination" amidst the brutal fate of serving as a bugler in a mercenary company, depicting his growth through encounters with his companions.
