The second season of the TV anime "Sasaki and Peeps," produced by SILVER LINK. Based on the novels by Buncololi (illustrations by Kantoku / MF Bunko J), the series topped the standalone/light-novel category of "Kono Light Novel ga Sugoi! 2022." The bird that worn-down salaryman Sasaki buys at a pet shop turns out to be Peeps, a renowned sage reincarnated from another world. Granted a passage to that world and the power of magic, Sasaki heals his daily fatigue with sword-and-sorcery fantasy — until, mistaken for a "psychic" in the modern world, he is scouted by the government's "Cabinet Office Bureau of Paranormal Phenomena."
