Demons Plan Something Good!

The TV anime "Demons Plan Something Good!" is produced by TNK. Originally a comic posted by Takuji Kato on X (formerly Twitter), the series later added illustrator Gashigashi and is now serialized as a comedy manga in KADOKAWA's Dragon Comics Age imprint (via the webcomic platform Dora Dora Sharp#), with four volumes in print as of July 2026. The story follows Renbinkyo, head of the Demon Army Development Bureau, and his assistant Retsue, as they research and develop elaborate traps for adventurers, from clothes-dissolving slimes to tentacle snares. Merisha, an adventurer aspiring to be a proper hero, repeatedly gets caught up in the demons' schemes. Direction is by Takuya Asaoka, series composition by Kazuyuki Fudeyasu, and character design by Hiraku Kaneko. Junichi Suwabe voices Renbinkyo, Wakana Kuramochi voices Retsue, and Haruka Shiraishi voices Merisha. Updates are posted on the official site (https://manomono-anime.com).
