A theatrical anime film produced by Satelight, with Shoji Kawamori as chief director and Kenji Yasuda as director, released on February 9, 2018. Set in 2067 on the galactic frontier where the Var Syndrome turns people violent, it follows the tactical music unit Walküre, who calm the outbreaks with song, and their escort squadron Delta Flight. The film recomposes the 26-episode TV series around the five members of Walküre under the theme of passion, re-editing the story from Freyja's debut live to the final battle with an emphasis on its emotional arcs, and adds new footage including the full-3DCG live scene for 'Change!!!!!'.
