Akiha Shishido, the third of five sisters from the renowned Shishido Foundation, encounters "Leopard," a massive AI-equipped colony with a selfish personality hiding a secret purpose. Together with space police officer Itsuki Kannagi and shy girl Honoka Kawai, Akiha confronts a grand conspiracy threatening the universe.
