The second season of the TV anime produced by MAPPA. Based on the manga by Yuji Kaku serialized in Shueisha's "Shonen Jump+," with over 6.5 million copies in the series (as of December 2024, all 13 volumes completed). Gabimaru and the death row convicts along with the Yamada Asaemon executioners engage in an all-out battle against the Tensen of Kotaku over the Elixir of Life. With additional landing forces from the shogunate and the Iwagakure shinobi also joining the fray, a fierce battle unfolds with escape from the island at stake.
