A TV special (one-hour slot) produced by E&H production. Based on the manga by Yoshifumi Tozuka, serialized in Shueisha's "Weekly Shonen Jump" (27 volumes, completed). After Billy obtains the Roundtable, an intense battle unfolds between Andy and Fuuko. Amidst the blizzard of UMA Winter, a fierce fight over the Ark and Apocalypse takes place. Directed by Sunghoo Park of "Jujutsu Kaisen" fame. Voice cast includes Yuichi Nakamura (Andy) and Moe Kahara (Izumo Fuuko).
