Ren Arisugawa Is Actually a Girl is a TV anime produced by Studio Leo, based on the manga by Norito Asatsuki (story) and Uroko (art), serialized on Wave's web comic site "MENS Screamo." The series aired 8 episodes on TOKYO MX and BS11 from January to March 2026. The story follows Kyohei, an unpopular college student who discovers that the hugely popular male talent Ren Arisugawa is actually a girl. As cousins, Kyohei accidentally learns Ren's secret and ends up working as her attendant. A romantic comedy between a cross-dressing idol and an ordinary college student.
