Jasmine-chan's Affection Meter Is Broken is a TV anime produced by studio LEO, based on the web comic by Komugi Rin distributed on wwwave comics' Trizon label. High schooler Kanata Kitami, who has a crush on his childhood friend Jasmine Chitose, makes a wish on a shooting star and gains the ability to see girls' affection levels as game-like meters. However, Jasmine's meter is melted and "broken" — impossible to read whether she likes or hates him. Meanwhile, the unexpected affection from other girls in class also becomes visible in this heartfelt yet hardcore romantic comedy. Directed by Sumito Sasaki with series composition by Masamitsu Otake and character design by Rei Nasu. Starring Akihiro Amasaki as Kanata, Maaya Uchida as Jasmine, and Rie Kugimiya as Niino.
