Go for It! Nakamura-kun!! is a TV anime produced by Drive, based on the manga by Shundei originally serialized in Akane Shinsha's OPERA, with a reissue published by Heroes. A sequel "Yuruku Ganbare! Nakamura-kun!!" is serialized on HERO'S Web. Shy high school boy Nakuto Nakamura has fallen in love at first sight with classmate Aiki Hirose. Despite wanting desperately to talk to him, he lacks the courage and resorts to using BL manga as reference to close the distance. A BL romantic comedy depicting Nakamura's earnest but often misfiring attempts at love and friendship. Directed with character design by Aoi Umeki, series composition by Yasuko Aoki, music by Ayana Tsujita, and sound direction by Yoshikazu Iwanami.
