Taking Care of a Genius is a TV anime produced by Brain's Base, based on the light novel by Yusaku Sakaishi (story) and Sakura Miwabe (character concepts) published by Hobby Japan under HJ Bunko. Serialized on Shosetsuka ni Narou. Manga adaptation by Sorahiko Mizushima on Comic Fire. High school boy Itsuki Tomonari becomes the personal caretaker of Hinako Konohana, the daughter of Japan's foremost financial conglomerate, after being caught up in a kidnapping incident. Outwardly a perfect, brilliant, and graceful young lady, Hinako is actually a lazy girl who can't even dress herself. Itsuki devotedly cares for Hinako to help maintain her "perfect lady" persona at school in this sweet romantic comedy. Directed by Shusei Morishita with series composition by Aya Yoshinaga and sound direction by Takeshi Takatera. Starring Yuto Uemura as Itsuki and Konomi Kohara as Hinako.
