A romantic comedy about Tsubasa Shiki, a boy who transfers from Tokyo to a high school in Kitami, Hokkaido, where he meets Minami Fuyuki — a Hokkaido-style gal who wears miniskirts and bare legs even in the dead of winter. After the carefree Minami helps the lost Tsubasa, the two quickly grow closer, and warm relationships blossom amid the harsh northern cold. The series is packed with regional charm, from Hokkaido dialect to local food culture. The OP theme is 'Namara Menkoi Gal' by Masayoshi Oishi, and the ED theme is 'Wayawayawa!' by Asaka.
