An anime adaptation by CloverWorks of the delinquent battle manga by Nii Satoru. Sakura Haruka, a solitary boy who enrolls at the notorious delinquent school Furin High with the sole goal of reaching the top through fighting, discovers that the students of Furin actually operate as a vigilante group called 'Bofurin' that protects the town. Through encountering the concept of 'fighting for someone else,' he begins to grow as a person. The series highlights thrilling action scenes and the protagonist's transformation through bonds with his companions. The OP theme 'Zettai Reido' by Natori and the ED theme 'Muteki' by Young Kee fuel the intensity of the series.
