The Fable

The long-awaited anime adaptation of Minami Katsuhisa's popular action comedy serialized in 'Young Magazine.' The invincible assassin known as 'The Fable' -- real name Sato Akira, capable of dispatching any target in an instant -- is ordered by his boss to 'not kill anyone for one year.' Together with Yoko, who plays the role of his sister, he begins living as an ordinary citizen. The series portrays the professional killer's struggles with everyday life in a blend of serious and comedic tones. The Season 1 OP theme is 'Professionalism feat. Hannya' by ALI, and the ED theme 'Odd Numbers' by Umeda Cypher brings a hip-hop flavor to the series.
