An anime adaptation of a fantasy originating on 'Shosetsuka ni Narou' by Mibata. A young man who dies in modern Japan is reincarnated in another world as Ars Louvent, an aristocrat of a minor domain. Though his combat abilities are unremarkable, he wields an 'Appraisal Skill' that lets him see people's true talents, allowing him to discover and recruit gifted individuals and lead his weak territory to greatness. It is a fantasy of governance and talent scouting. The Season 1 OP theme is TRUE's 'Blue Days,' while the ED theme 'Finally,' sung by Lisia Plaid (CV: Kana Hanazawa), colors the story with the theme of bonds between companions.
