My Neighbor Yokai

A heartwarming fantasy based on noho's manga, set in the mysterious town of Engamori where yokai, humans, and gods live together. The story tenderly portrays the daily lives of its charming cast: 'Buchio,' a cat who lived long enough to one day suddenly evolve into a nekomata; 'Mutsumi,' a human girl who stays positive despite worrying about her missing father; and 'Jiro,' a karasu-tengu who has protected the town for generations. In a world where different species naturally coexist, the ensemble drama follows each character as they face their own joys and struggles while deepening their bonds. The OP theme is 'Obake Himawari' sung by Pii, and the ED theme is 'Iro no Naka' by Aoi Kubo.
