Set in a world where women's keirin, which once existed but was discontinued after a brief period, has been revived as the 'Rinkai League,' the story follows Izumi Ito, a bicycle-loving high school girl who aspires to become a keirin racer. After witnessing a top-level race firsthand, Izumi and her friends vow to become keirin racers together, but what awaits them is not just glamour -- it is the gritty, grueling world of competition. Her encounter with fated rival Nana Hiratsuka tests Izumi's resolve. The OP theme is 'Windshifter' by Riko Sasaki, and the ED theme is 'Override!' sung by the six main cast members.
