The third installment in the Shinkansen Henkei Robo Shinkalion TV anime series. Middle schooler Taisei finds himself becoming a Shinkalion pilot while pursuing clues about his missing older sister, throwing himself into battle against the mysterious enemy known as the Unknown. A passionate robot anime depicting the determination and growth of young boys, it also features the romantic appeal of mecha designs based on real shinkansen trains. The OP theme is 'Senkou Hayabusa' by GRe4N BOYZ. The ED themes are part of the shinkansen-themed 'UTA-RAIL Project,' with meiyo's 'HOPE!HOPE!HOPE!', THE ALFEE's 'KO.DA.MA.', and Yamamoto Sayaka's 'Seagull' used in succession.
