A comedy anime adapted from Synecdoche's manga, centered on the dieting struggles of otherworldly beings. Naoe Tomoatsu, who works at the chiropractic salon 'Smiley Boar,' discovers that his suspicious new client is actually Erufuda, a chubby elf from another world. Having gotten hooked on Japanese junk food and gained weight, she needs help slimming down. As Naoe assists with her diet, he finds himself drawn into providing body care for various other-worlders beyond just the elf.
