Tower of God: Return of the Prince

The first half of the second season of the TV anime based on the Korean webtoon. With time having passed since Season 1, the story shifts to the upper floors of the tower, where the gate narrows for regulars. Ouno Ja, a man who repeatedly challenges the tower aiming to become its king, encounters Viole, a mysterious long-haired man of overwhelming strength. Viole is a slayer candidate of 'FUG,' a criminal organization opposing the tower's ruler Zahard, and their meeting sets off a new wave of turmoil. Both the OP and ED themes are performed by NiziU, with the OP being 'RISE UP' and the ED being 'BELIEVE.'
