A fantasy anime based on the light novel by Hiroaki Nagashima. The oldest and most powerful divine dragon, who lived through eternity, is slain by a human, and upon awakening finds himself reborn as Dran, a villager in a remote settlement, beginning his second life. Amid the simple yet warm lifestyle of farming and hunting, Dran discovers joys he never knew in his dragon life, but his peaceful days take a turn when he meets Serina, a lamia traveling in search of a companion. A story of 'living anew' by the once-mightiest dragon. The OP theme is 'Together Forever' by LUN8, and the ED theme is 'Kimi to Mita Keshiki' by EverdreaM.
