A theatrical anime based on the novel by Ryoko Shikimura. This beloved coming-of-age classic, which has also been adapted into live-action films and dramas, is reborn anew as an animation. Set at a high school in Ehime, the story follows girls who join the rowing club and throw themselves wholeheartedly into practice, experiencing encounters and conflicts with their teammates along the way. The joy of finding something to pour your heart into and the brilliance of youth spent rowing together as a team are refreshingly portrayed. The theme song is 'Sorairo no Mizushibuki' by Boku ga Mitakatta Aozora.
