A theatrical anime directed by Naoko Yamada, written by Reiko Yoshida, and produced by Science SARU. Totsuko attends a boarding mission school and has possessed a mysterious ability since childhood — she can see people as 'colors.' When she meets Kimi, a girl who radiates a beautiful color, and Rui, a music-loving boy, the three form a band using an old church on a remote island as their practice space. Each carrying their own worries, the three connect through music as friendship and a faint romance begin to blossom in this coming-of-age musical story. The theme song is 'in the pocket,' written specifically for the film by Mr.Children.
