Reborn to Master the Blade is a TV anime based on the light novel by Hayaken, serialized on Shosetsuka ni Narou and published by Hobby Japan under the HJ Bunko imprint, with a manga adaptation on Hobby Japan's Comic Fire. Animation production is handled by Studio Comet. The hero-king Inglis, who received a goddess's blessing to become a Divine Knight and built a great kingdom, spent his entire life serving his country and people, never mastering martial arts. On his deathbed, he wishes to be reborn to live for himself and pursue martial mastery. He is reincarnated in the far future as the daughter of a prestigious knight family. Branded as unfit to be a knight, Inglis sees this as an advantage and enrolls in the Royal Knight Academy as a squire to his childhood friend Rafinia.
