In a world where all of humanity was turned to stone by a mysterious petrification event and civilization was lost, the story of genius science prodigy Senku and his companions reclaiming the world through the power of science enters a new chapter. Seeking clues to unravel the mystery of the petrification, Senku and his crew embark on a great voyage to reach 'Treasure Island.' There, battles of wits and brawn erupt over the petrification device against new enemies, with shocking developments that strike at the heart of the petrification phenomenon. The exhilaration of using scientific knowledge to overcome crises and the bonds between comrades stir the heart. The first cour's opening theme song is 'Wasuregataki' by Huwie Ishizaki, with the ending theme song 'Where Do We Go?' by OKAMOTO'S. In the second cour, the opening switches to 'Haruka' by Kiyoshi Ryujin, and the ending to 'Suki ni Shi na yo' by Anly, coloring the adventure with excitement and emotion.
