Sacrificial Princess and the King of Beasts

An anime adaptation of Yuu Tomofuji's fantasy romance serialized in Hana to Yume. In a kingdom of monstrous demons who feed on humans, a human girl named Sariphi has been offered up as a sacrifice. She quietly accepts her fate and stands before the Beast King Leonhart, prepared to die. Yet Leonhart is moved by the sight of Sariphi facing him without a trace of fear. Sariphi is eventually welcomed not as a sacrifice but as the king's consort — though living among demons who despise humans is far from easy. The story tenderly depicts how the two nurture a love and trust that transcends species, and how Sariphi gradually wins over those around her through her kindness and strength. While drawing on the classic 'Beauty and the Beast' motif, the series carries a depth all its own. The first cour features 'Tsuitachi no Nie' by BIN as the opening theme and 'ONLY' by GARNiDELiA as the ending theme. In the second cour, the opening shifts to 'LOVE INFINITY' by Hinano and the ending to 'call your name' by katagiri, together painting the fantastical world and its love story in vivid hues.
