Liza Luna, an elite investigator dispatched from the advanced space empire 'Azatoth' to survey Earth, is so overwhelmed by the cuteness of Earth's cats and other animals that she forgets her mission entirely and melts into a puddle. The series comically depicts how one surveyor after another — sent to decide whether to invade Earth — falls hopelessly in love with pets, making it an irresistible, heartwarming gag show for animal lovers. The opening theme, 'Space Cat Big Bang' by Chougakusei, bursts with energy, while the ending, 'Nyanbori de Moffy!!' by DIALOGUE+, with its adorable sound, keeps the fun atmosphere going strong.
