A dark fantasy set at the prestigious Kimberly Magic Academy where swordsmanship and magic converge. At this school, a certain number of students routinely lose their lives in the pursuit of magical knowledge before graduation, and a school life side by side with death begins the moment one enrolls. The protagonist Oliver Horn harbors deep vengeance beneath his gentle exterior, and as he trains alongside companions of various origins and backgrounds, he grows into a mage. Despite its magic school setting, the series weaves a rich tapestry of the harshness of survival, conspiracy, and the friendship and growth of young boys and girls. The opening theme is 'Kenka' by Yumemi Kujira feat. Mimizuku & Fukurou, and the ending theme is 'I'm' by Yumemi Kujira feat. Tsumugi Shachi (from Kimi no Ne).
