The protagonist, Tanaka Daichi, logs into the virtual world 'One More Free Life Online,' known for its extreme freedom, and instead of chasing power, takes pleasure in a low-key playstyle of steadily mastering skills dismissed as useless by other players. Based on the light novel by Shiina Howahowa, the opening theme 'Magic Writer' is performed by saji, and the ending theme 'Kibou no Recipe' is performed by Okasaki Miho, who also voices the character Milly.
