Set in a near future where wars have ceased and heroes exist in every country, this hero action series follows Shy, a girl hero who is extremely shy and terrible at being in the spotlight, as she fights to protect Japan. Despite her timid nature, she faces others more earnestly than anyone, and the story carefully portrays her growth alongside her interactions with heroes from around the world. Based on the manga by Miki Bukimi. The OP theme is 'Shiny Girl' by MindaRyn, and the ED theme is 'Shiritai Kimochi' performed by Shimoji Shino (as Shy) and Toyama Nao (as Koishikawa Iko).
