The second season of the coming-of-age tale following Will, a young man raised with love by undead guardians and blessed by the gods, as he walks the path of a paladin in the farthest reaches of the world. Having settled in as lord of a frontier territory, Will receives a prophecy about the resurrection of the evil dragon Valakiaka, who rules the Rust Mountains, and together with dwarves and new companions confronts this formidable threat in the 'Lord of the Rust Mountains' arc. The OP theme is 'Inochi Bi' by Yanaginagi, and the ED theme is 'Puzzle' by KOTOKO. Based on the light novel originating from 'Shousetsuka ni Narou.'
