Sharing the same universe as 'Initial D,' the story is set around Japan's fastest street race, 'MFG,' where British-raised young driver Katagiri Kanata chases his father's legacy while competing against top drivers for supremacy. The OP theme 'JUNGLE FIRE feat. MOTSU' is performed by Serizawa Yuu, featuring MOTSU from m.o.v.e, famously associated with 'Initial D.' The ED theme 'Stereo Sunset' is sung by Akaneyasu Himeka.
