The culmination of the Sailor Moon series, adapting the final arc of the original manga — the 'Shadow Galactica' arc — as a two-part theatrical film. Just as Tsukino Usagi has regained a brief moment of peace, her lover Chiba Mamoru is shockingly annihilated by an unknown assailant. As the threat of Shadow Galactica, led by the warrior of destruction Sailor Galaxia, draws near, Usagi encounters the Sailor Starlights from beyond the solar system and the mysterious girl Chibi Chibi. Together with her companions, she faces the ultimate battle with the fate of the galaxy at stake. The grand finale, in which love and hope confront the primordial darkness of the universe, stirs the hearts of longtime fans. The theme song 'Tsuki no Hana' by Daoko envelops the story in its ethereal melody, while iconic series songs 'Moonlight Densetsu' and 'Sailor Star Song' also grace the film.
