The same author's "Teasing Master Takagi-san" has recorded over 8 million copies in cumulative circulation. Deep in the mountains, far from civilization, lives a group of kunoichi (female ninjas) called the "Akane Class." Tsubaki, the leader of the Dog Squad, is a skilled practitioner of ninjutsu trusted by her peers, but despite the strict rule forbidding contact with men, she cannot help being curious about "men" whom she has never seen. Amid lively daily life with her colorful fellow kunoichi—squad members Sazanka and Asagao, and members of other squads like Rindo, Hana, and Benisumomo—Tsubaki's irrepressible flutter in her heart is depicted in this comedy. 13 episodes. Main cast includes Yuko Natsuyoshi as Tsubaki, Kyori Nemoto as Sazanka, Sayumi Suzushiro as Asagao, and Konomi Kohara as Rindo.
