Originally from "Shosetsuka ni Naro," the manga adaptation illustrated by Friendly Land (Peng Jie) is serialized on Square Enix's Gangan Online. The series has exceeded 9 million copies in circulation (as of March 2025). Yuji Sano, a salaryman working at a black company in modern Japan, is reincarnated into another world with statuses and skills. Given the unfortunate class of "Tamer," he tames the weakest creature, a Slime, but awakens to the second class of "Sage" upon obtaining a mysterious grimoire. Combining Slime skills with powerful magic to become the world's strongest, Yuji confronts various incidents and conspiracies alongside his Slime companions and Proud Wolf. 12 episodes.
