The second cour of the TV anime produced by OLM, based on the manga by Yasuki Tanaka, serialized on Shueisha's Shonen Jump+ and totaling 13 volumes. The series has recorded over 150 million cumulative views on Shonen Jump+. An SF suspense story set on the remote island of Hitogashima in Wakayama Prefecture. On an island with the legend that "those who see the Shadow will die," Shinpei Ajiro returns home for the funeral of his childhood friend Ushio Kofune and notices suspicious circumstances surrounding her death. Pursuing the truth alongside Ushio's sister Mio, he discovers the existence of "Shadows" that replace island residents. Using his time-leap ability and cooperating with Hizuru Minakata and Sou Hishigata, Shinpei tries to save the island from the Shadow threat. 25 episodes (2 cours). Main cast includes Natsuki Hanae as Shinpei, Anna Nagase as Ushio, Yoko Hikasa as Hizuru, and Kensho Ono as Sou.
